Shipping

Enjoy free ground shipping on any order of $39 or more (before taxes and excluding shipping fees). No codes, no hoops—just add $39+ to your cart and your shipping is on us.

For orders under $39, a simple $5.95 flat-rate shipping fee applies.

Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Processing and transit times do not include weekends or holidays.

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States and APO/FPO military addresses only.

 

Returns

We want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any new, unused (re)zip bags in the original packaging purchased from rezip.com for a product exchange or full refund minus any shipping and handling fees). Please fill out our Returns Form to initiate your return.

All returns must be initiated within thirty (30) days of receipt.

(re)zip only accepts returns of items purchased directly from rezip.com. Items purchased at authorized retailers should be returned directly to the retailer where they were purchased.


Replacement Request Form

We collect damaged (re)zip bags to repurpose them with TerraCycle and give them a new life. If you would like to recycle your damaged bag, please visit recycle your (re)zips for more information. Upon receipt of your damaged bag, you will receive a (re)zip coupon for a free bag that can be redeemed on your next purchase on rezip.com.


Cancellations and Order Changes

Once orders are placed, we are unable to cancel or make changes to them at this time. If you wish to return an order once it has been shipped to you, please reach out to us at info@rezip.com.
