Shipping and Returns
Free ground shipping via FedEx is available on any order over $40 (excluding shipping fees). Shipping fees will be waived automatically, no coupon code necessary. We also offer expedited shipping via FedEx 2-day air for an additional charge. Transit times are business days and do not include processing time, weekends or holidays.
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous US states only. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. Please provide a physical street address to ensure that your items are delivered in a timely manner. If you provide a PO Box or an APO/FPO military address, we will contact you for an alternate address and the shipment of your item may be delayed.
NOTE: All orders require up to two business days for processing. Please add two business day to all shipping estimates, and kindly note we do not ship or process orders on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

We want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any new, unused (re)zip bags in the original packaging purchased from rezip.com for a full refund (minus any shipping fees) or exchange. Please reach out to us at email@example.com to coordinate your return.
All returns must be initiated within thirty (30) days of receipt.
(re)zip only accepts returns of items purchased directly from rezip.com. Items purchased at authorized retailers should be returned directly to the retailer where they were purchased.
(re)zip bags are designed to last forever; but in the rare case they don't, we offer replacement bags for damaged ones made within 1 year of purchase regardless of where they were bought when accompanied by proof of purchase.* Please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
(re)zip has partnered with TerraCycle to repurpose damaged bags and give them a new life. If you would like to recycle your damaged bag, please visit recycle your (re)zips for more information. Upon receipt of your damaged bag, you will receive a 30% discount towards your next purchase.
Cancellations and Order Changes
Once orders are placed we are unable to cancel or make changes to them at this time. If you wish to return an order once it has been shipped to you, please reach out to us at email@example.com.
