Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Free ground shipping is available on orders over $50 (before taxes and exclusive of shipping fees). Shipping fees will be waived automatically, no coupon code is necessary. Transit times are 5-8 business days and do not include processing time, weekends, or holidays.

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous US states, and APO/FPO military addresses only.

NOTE: All orders require up to two business days for processing. Please add two business days to all shipping estimates, and kindly note we do not ship or process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Returns

We want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any new, unused (re)zip bags in the original packaging purchased from rezip.com for a product exchange or full refund minus any shipping and handling fees). Please fill out our Returns Form to initiate your return.

All returns must be initiated within thirty (30) days of receipt.

(re)zip only accepts returns of items purchased directly from rezip.com. Items purchased at authorized retailers should be returned directly to the retailer where they were purchased.


Replacement Request Form

We collect damaged (re)zip bags to repurpose them with TerraCycle and give them a new life. If you would like to recycle your damaged bag, please visit recycle your (re)zips for more information. Upon receipt of your damaged bag, you will receive a (re)zip coupon for a free bag that can be redeemed on your next purchase on rezip.com.

Cancellations and Order Changes

Once orders are placed, we are unable to cancel or make changes to them at this time. If you wish to return an order once it has been shipped to you, please reach out to us at info@rezip.com.

 

* Damage must be due to normal wear and tear associated with proper usage and care of your (re)zip bag.
