Shipping and Returns


Free ground shipping is available on orders over $50 (before taxes and exclusive of shipping fees). Shipping fees will be waived automatically, no coupon code is necessary. Transit times are 5-8 business days and do not include processing time, weekends, or holidays.

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous US states, and APO/FPO military addresses only. 

NOTE: All orders require up to two business days for processing. Please add two business days to all shipping estimates, and kindly note we do not ship or process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

We want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any new, unused (re)zip bags in the original packaging purchased from for a product exchange  or full refund (minus any shipping and handling fees). Please fill out our Returns Form to initiate your return.

All returns must be initiated within thirty (30) days of receipt. 

(re)zip only accepts returns of items purchased directly from  Items purchased at authorized retailers should be returned directly to the retailer where they were purchased.

(re)zip bags are designed to last; but in the rare case they don't, we offer replacement bags for damaged ones made within 1 year of purchase regardless of where they were bought when accompanied by proof of purchase.* To request your replacement bag(s) please fill out our Replacement Request Form.

We collect damaged (re)zip bags to repurpose them with TerraCycle and give them a new life. If you would like to recycle your damaged bag, please visit recycle your (re)zips for more information. Upon receipt of your damaged bag, you will receive a (re)zip coupon for a free bag that can be redeemed on your next purchase on

Cancellations and Order Changes
